my rotweiler TINY won't drink water, don't eat,and he vomit also....

This poor little guy is clearly sick and he needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away.

Not eating, and particularly not drinking, plus the vomiting, means that he is likely already significantly dehydrated. That in itself can be fatal.

PLEASE get this puppy to a vet right away or he will likely die. He needs your help and is relying on you, don't let him down. He most likely has an infection of some kind and there isn't anything you can do alone, he needs professional help and evaluation.
