Kane at 11 months

by Melissa

This is my baby boy Kane.

He is such a smart dog! I have never had a dog before, I was scared to have a Rottie but now I am so thankful that we have him.

He is so playful and learns fast! I can’t imagine us without him.

In this picture he was watching a neighbor’s cat. He was trying to look tuff. We love him!

Thank you

Thank you Julie, I will keep that in mind. He is never outside in the front yard without us because he is still a little hyper. He gets very excited when he sees people. He thinks he is a little pupply still and jumps all over them. We are hoping that he grows out of that. We have tried many things to try to calm him down but it still has not worked. Thank you for your comment. 🙂

Prey drive
by: Julie

Your rottie looks great, but be careful of him around cats that he has not been socialised with as most rotties have a high prey drive and if he catches the cat he will kill it.

He is a very handsome lad!

I just wanted to mention we had a full body harness on Kane but he broke it trying to chase the cat. We had to put on his old collar. He is very strong!
