Help needed to train our rottie

We have a 11 month old rottie who is 145 pound and 34 inch tall he gets 4 walks a day and has food and water out all the time.

I am home 80% of the time, but at night he as started to rip all my wall paper off please help.

He also as lots of bones and toys to play with thank yo.
