We absolutely loooooove/adore our handsome boy!!!

He has been the ultimate joy to our family unit! We adopted him at the tender age of 6 weeks and at a tiny 5 lbs 12 oz.

We have 3 young children (age 2, 6 & 8) who he is absolutely crazy about! In his mind, they are his litter mates, REALLY 🙂

He has the BEST temperament/disposition (No biting, chewing, digging, excessive barking, potty accidents… nothing).

We are always told that he is soo well-mannered and always the most well-behaved pup at the dog park.

What more could we have asked for in a 4th child 😉

I’ve read a few comments from concerned parents about their pup???s weight/growth progress… Our big guy has definitely gone through the “awkward/scrawny” look and has just recently started measuring “average” on the Rottweiler Puppy Growth Chart (no special diet).

6 weeks – 5 lbs 12 oz
8 weeks – 10 lbs 14 oz
3 months – 24 lbs 11 oz
5 months – 56 lbs – 10 oz
7 months – 77 lbs – 14 oz

However, we know and are told, “He’s a GOOD looking pup.”

Moms & Pops.. DON’T get all caught up in the “is my Rottweiler big enough” ordeal. Give them time, they WILL eventually fill out. In due time, THEIR time.
