Our Baby Nikita

This is our precious baby Nikita. We are going to eventually call her Nikki though. She was only 2 weeks old in this picture. Which was a week ago Friday. She was born on July 25th, 2010.

She was one of 12. Although 3 of them died(poor little things). She has a beautiful mom and dad. Her grandfather is gorgeous too. My husband, our 18 year old daughter and I are sooooooo excited to bring this precious little girl home to us. We already have a toybox started for her. We still need to get her food dishes and crate for her. These last two weeks have been forever and we still have another 6 weeks to go. It's gonna seem more like 6yrs!!!

While I am driving in my car, I catch myself calling out her name, practicing I guess.LOL!! We just can't wait to have her running around our home and finally being apart of our family.My husband and I have had big dogs when we were younger, but this is our first dog together as a married couple and neither one of us has owned a Rottie.

I have read almost your entire website and printed some puppy tips out for us to have on hand. I love your website. It has been VERY helpful in learning the do's and don't of owning a Rottie. I hope you enjoy her pics.
