i have a male and female rott there brother and sister and both are very in active.?

hi they are from the same litter and are 6 months old. they are fed good food and are exercised daily, but when it comes to playing they just want to lay around.

these are my first rotties and have a mutt also and when she was a pup she was very hyper. is this a lazy breed or am i doing something wrong?

As adults Rottweilers are pretty low energy dogs, but when puppies they can be pretty active..... like most puppies of any breed.

Right now your pups are adolescents and have outgrown the really 'crazy puppy' stage, and it sounds as though they are just 'laid back' personalities.

As long as they are eating properly, seem happy and healthy, and don't have difficulty when exercised (ie they don't tire too easily or have difficulty breathing, and don't have joint problems or pain) then I wouldn't worry about this too much. As they're siblings their relaxed temperaments could be a hereditary thing.

It wouldn't hurt to have them checked out by your vet if you are at all worried about their health, but otherwise I think you're fine.
