tux looks amazing, i dont think you have anything to worry about he is within the average (closer to the big) but still average, you have a big boy thats all, it depends on his parents if they are both big you cant do anything about it.
you should also watch his diet. feed him premium food, for large breed puppies, it has growth control as unnatural rapid growth is bad for them.
i have a 12 week male whoz around his size now (24)
