canine heartworm symptom?

my dog rottweiler is 1 year + having problem

1}snoring very noisy when sleeping

2}very weak not able to work longer will fainted....

It's possible that the symptoms you mention above indicate a heartworm problem, but there are a whole host of other options too.

The only person who can make an accurate diagnosis as to what is wrong with your dog is a veterinarian, and I strongly recommend that you have your dog examined by a veterinarian just as soon as you can. It sounds as though he's in serious trouble and needs help.
